Before rejoining RSIR, Dehlan served as Director at an international development firm, overseeing the delivery of some of the Pacific Northwest’s most successful high-rise condominium projects. With a career spanning development, financing, and strategy across Asia and North America, Dehlan brings a grounded approach to every project. A proud “Double Dawg” graduate of the University of Washington, he holds degrees from the Foster School of Business and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Runstad Department.
